Okay, so some of you may have noticed there was a lack of Monday motivation last week.

So some of you may know that I managed to do my back in two weeks ago and I have a syndrome

which makes my lower back a bit of an issue and yeah two weeks ago I got put on some really

hardcore anti-inflammatories by the doctor, the ones that are supposed to make you more

susceptible to coronavirus so that was not ideal and my chiropractic gave me some stretches to do
